“I'm actually Vivian Eubank under my husbands google...in any event I have been coming to Synergy for almost a month now. My sister has been there for 2 years and finally convinced me to come with her. I think the trainers are very nice and knowledgeable and (I've only had 3 different ones so far). Actually everyone in the gym itself from trainers to other clients are all very friendly. I think it's awesome that you have a trainer all throughout your session. My visits help a great deal after sitting around all winter. I can feel myself getting stronger. I go with my sister Laurie each time which makes it even more of a great experience each time. I like that the scheduling is flexible so no matter when you go you will have a great trainer and it's personalized with no competition with anyone else but yourself. The trainer keeps you at your level...(me beginner lol) and always make sure you do each task correctly as to make sure you don't injure yourself. All in all this is one of the best investments in myself I've ever made.”

“I had my daughters 4th birthday party here last weekend and it was fantastic. Miss Kayla and Miss Livia were absolutely wonderful with all the kids and so patient. My daughter and one of her friends are autistic and struggle with following directions/being part of group activities. They were beyond understanding and kind. Doing everything they could to ensure all the kids had a good time. Their kindness meant so much to myself and my family. My daughter also does private lessons with Miss. Madison, who is incredible to work with. I'd highly recommend doing private lessons and/or having your next birthday party here!”

“I joined in August '25. The shower stalls included shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Now they have removed every bottle of conditioner; 7 shower stalls. The bathing suit spinner; an out of order sign was put up in November. They removed the bathing suit spinner some time last month and have not replaced it. I asked the guy at the front desk and he said the maintenance guy hasn't been able to get to it because of personal reasons. I've emailed the manager Marl but I've had no reply from him. This is supposed to state of the art facility but in the short time I've been a member I see things going downhill already. Great gym otherwise.”
