I had a silver ring that needed stones replaced. It is not particularly valuable, but it means a lot to me. They treated my piece like it was a rare treasure. They replaced the missing stone, tightened the prongs on the center stone, and polished it up as well.
I have had unpleasant experiences and just toxic customer service at a couple of different stores in the Binghamton/Vestal/Endwell area. It was so refreshing to come here and be welcomed. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my treasures.”
“Had a wedding I needed to be at and realized the battery in my watch was dead. Stopped in and Adam annd Kymani are life savers. Knew I was in a rush with less than an hours and replaced the battery in ten minutes! Cailee was extremely friendly at the front too! Highly recommended.

I brought Frank an old 1940s ring that needed a new stone and he did a fabulous job resizing it, getting a new stone set, and making it look original. He also made sure it was ready in time for my anniversary. Very reasonable prices, nice guys, professional and very knowledgeable about their craft. She loves the ring!”
