Other than my kidding around about the coffee being "interesting" at times (I don't come for the coffee but hey, while I am there)...they will take good care of you. Last thought - many issues are due to owners not keeping up on routine maintenance. Small bills can get bigger $$$ unnecessarily, so keep up on routine stuff! They tested battery and charging system, cleaned up battery terminals, topped off coolant. Charged us very little. Made it home with no issues. “We use J&E Auto for all of our vehicles. 2 cars, 1 truck. Honest, reliable, no upselling, excellent communication, really reasonable. During inspections, we've been told about things that are showing signs of wear vs. automatically being told it was necessary immediately. As a woman, too often in the past with a local chain store, I'd be shown things without any explanation but told they had 'great concern for my safety' should I not replace the part. Only once I'd put my husband on the phone would I hear 'well, it's nothing that can't wait, just wanted to show her.' I never have any doubts or concerns regarding anything I'm told at J&E.”

“Went in on a Friday around 3:00pm for an inspection and oil change without an appointment. To my dismay was told I would need to schedule an appointment. That was really no surprise. I scheduled for the Sunday appointment 2:00pm. When I arrived I asked for an assessment of my tires (wasn't really happy with how they were handling). I was told the tires would pass inspection, however need to replace soon as there was dry rot even though tread wear was sufficient. There was a buy 3 get 1 free deal going so I decided to see what Mr Tire had. I decided on a Cooper Tire and all was good. Things got better when the sales representative came out and told me they had a different Cooper tire that was not on the floor with a better mileage rating and specifications at the same price. No brainer. No upsell. The representatives I spoke with on Friday were courteous and funny. Chatted with them a bit even though they had no room for me. Chatted with a different 2 on Sunday. I learned that the service technicians are not just "trained" they have a personal background in cars they've owned and built. I am certainly impressed with a "box" store having personality and background experience. I may not be a typical customer as most seem to just want things done. When it comes to my vehicles I like to know it's done right and have confidence in the work being done. Mr Tire on Reynolds Rd. is outstastanding.”

“After Hours Tires is the only place I'll bring my vehicle. They're very fair and trustworthy. I like their "first come, first served" approach because it's one of the few places I can get same day service. They've always treated me with the utmost respect and have been completely transparent about the services they offer. They go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is in good running condition. For example, I had tires installed last week and needed a NYS inspection and they went ahead and bled the air from my brakes for free. They're just very friendly people and they follow the golden rule which is getting harder to find these days. I 100% recommend them!”
