No damage was found, so they cleaned it, filled with air, and let me know to come back if it kept leaking air. Haven't had a problem since, and they didn't charge me for the tire inspection. “We use J&E Auto for all of our vehicles. 2 cars, 1 truck. Honest, reliable, no upselling, excellent communication, really reasonable. During inspections, we've been told about things that are showing signs of wear vs. automatically being told it was necessary immediately. As a woman, too often in the past with a local chain store, I'd be shown things without any explanation but told they had 'great concern for my safety' should I not replace the part. Only once I'd put my husband on the phone would I hear 'well, it's nothing that can't wait, just wanted to show her.' I never have any doubts or concerns regarding anything I'm told at J&E.”
