I Went in so I could trade in my iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16 and had the best experience.
The sales rep ,G, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He snagged me the last pink iPhone 16 and helped as I transferred phones. He was helping like 3 people at once at once point. This man knows how to do his job!
This experience was probably the best I’ve had at a at&t store. Highly recommend this location. If you’re lucky enough to see G you’ll have a good day.

Would give 0 stars if able. One kid working in there with his backpack on. Seemed ready to just leave when he could. No manager on shift at 3 pm. Zero help and very rude. Will never go back to this store. ATT in Watertown is so much better and more accommodating.

The staff us extremely condescending towards customets...talk to them like they're stupid and shows no concern whatsoever in meeting a customers needs. I've Bern with att forever, and will nor go back into that store ever...thus young man ruining your business and att image...

So this comment has nothing to do with the service inside the actual store . Nothing applies to the personell inside the store. This is directly towards AT&T in general.
I’ve been with AT&T for over a year now and thought their service was adequate. Come to find out that my discount wasn’t even applied for the entire time with them. They applied my discount for military on my very first payment. So I never figured to check since everyone in the store were nice and showed me that it was applied . Ever since after the first initial payment, it was taken off. Once I found out I came into the store to fix it . They tried and said it was fixed. I waited for the next month to roll by and now I’m even paying more than ever for trying to fix my issues. Had to use the 611 number which is really bad in my opinion cause 75% of the time , I can never hear them, never answer and hang up, or call and end up cutting out their call. I finally get in contact their service and was able to fix my discount issue , or so I think . Still have to wait til next month . Now I talk to them and see about receiving my money back for taking extra money that doesn’t belong to them. Waiting for over 2 hours going through their service , loyalty team and was told they wouldn’t refund me other then 3 months of credits . What am I supposed to use those credits for beside in their store. AT&T stole my money from someone that is currently serving in the military. And I really didn’t want to type all of this but I’m just very disappointed at this point. Honestly thought they could work with me due to my situation, but I guess I was wrong. My recommendation is never to use AT&T unless you want to be ripped off and have them take your hard earned money without remorse!

Ask for G. He will help you out and not try any tricks on you to pay for anything you don’t need.

We worked with G and he was amazing!!! Not only was he phenomenal while we were in store, but we had to come back later because my little sister reset her iPhone by mistake, and he was so patient and stayed past closing to fix the issue! He was very professional and kind. 10/10.

Sales staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They took the time to help me find the phone that would best fit my needs. Their dedication to the customer even helped me take $50 off my bill.I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for AT&T as a provider!

The AT&T in Evans Mills is hands down on of the best I been in.Glover, Bobby, and Steph and been tremendous help with upgrading me and my family phones and troubleshooting issues with our service/account. If you have a choice I highly recommend coming to the Evan Mills AT&T store compared to the one in watertown mall. You will not be disappointed trust me.
