We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Express in Evans Mills, NY, thanks to Ryan. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and understood. As a retired veteran family with specific physical needs, Ryan took the time to listen and guide us without pressure. He was honest, straightforward, and down-to-earth—everything you hope for in a sales professional.
He clearly explained the features and materials of each mattress and encouraged us to test out every one we were interested in. He was also completely transparent about how prices and quality vary, helping us make the best decision for both our health and budget. One thing he said that really stuck with us was: “I won’t recommend anything that I wouldn’t buy or sleep on for myself and my family.”
The whole experience was smooth, relaxed, and stress-free. While we came ready to buy, the store offers flexible financing options that make planning ahead worthwhile for anyone exploring their options.
Ryan went the extra mile, even following up after the sale to update us on the status of our mattress delivery.

Scottie was a wonderful help when it came to finding out what bed I was looking for. Also got to try the massage chairs which were amazing. Definitely would recommend going to him if you’re looking for a bed.

Awful experience. Horrible customer service and bed does not function how did in the store. Was not able to go over any credit options. Hated bed after one night no returns. Pieces broke after one week. Wouldn’t even buy pillow case from here it.
