Unprofessional and very unreliable. I received claim compensation and had well over 5 figures in my account and I went shopping with my wife and son in Target and had to wait over an hour calling this bank. The wait time was 2 hours long. Had to leave all our groceries we were going to buy. Horrible service. Get away from this bank while you can. This is not a veteran friendly bank and the support services do not exist. Bot my wife and I will be switching to another bank. Just horrible.

Sitting on the phone for the third day in a row to get my card to work after a fraud that wasn’t and I said it was me in the message. Then the automated phone call. Embarrassing card still did t work it even told the lady suspected fraud. Wait over hour to talk to someone takes a half hour to fix for some reason. Go to use it and embarrassed again now on hold for at least another half hour way to go navy federal you rock

It appears that this bank had undergone a branch relocation that was never updated to other platforms (google, Apple Maps). I was sent to 21800 town center drive . I drove an hour to get to this location so I could obtain a cashiers check. After finally discovering that the correct location was approximately 15 miles away, I arrived 1 minute after closing time and was denied service. I waited for 10 minutes within the vestibule while employees completely disregarded me. When I was finally acknowledged, I was spoken to through a set of closed doors. It was disrespectful experience and employees have no concern over member satisfaction at this branch. Not one member was willing to assist

This is for the whole Navy Federal Credit Union. I had advised them at the beginning of my call my phone was out of commission. I could not verify myself so they put it to a fraudulent account back in September/October. I was advised a message was sent but I couldn't access my account. Then I was constantly sending in my ID and everything they ask for and they kept saying it's blurry. Once it finally went through they said I have a security appeal to fill out. And it takes 10 to 15 business days to do. I sent everything in and on day 13 they said now it's 30 to 45 business days. Like really. I emailed the president and ceo of Navy Federal and got no response. They think their untouchable because they are a private company. Hate to say it but they can be sued. Now I am about to lose my motorcycle insurance, my housing because I can't access my own money. What can I do? If I was able to I would give them a negative star.

I've been a NFCU member for 15 years. I remember when they were awesome. Now they're just like USAA. I ended up getting a mortgage with another bank because of their interest rates, and I'm in the process of closing all my accounts and transferring them to my other bank. It's sad how bad they've become.I called corporate because an issue I was having. They hung up on me. I wasn't mad or yelling. I just said I'd like to close my accounts and they hung up on me.

Bad experience my account got closed for suppose suspension activity and they just kept my money and won’t sent it out as a check they want me to come in and get the money when I don’t live close to that location

Poor communication when applying for a new account waited 5 days submitted required documents and just got an email saying denied they needed more but never asked for it. Worst online experience out of any bank I’ve ever had.

Better plan a few days ahead if you need to cash a check, you can only deposit a check and wait 2 business days before you can pull any of the money out.

Danielle who works in one of the open offices is extremely unprofessional and lazy. She acts as if customers are an inconvenience. You get paid to do your job. How difficult is it to give customers a receipt with correct information and amounts. It's not. Do right by customers and don't give them incorrect information or input incorrect information on any documents. That's disrespectful. How difficult is it to type capital letters. It's obvious you can type but are lazy. Customers submit legal financial documents and expect a higher standard.

Monday I came in and spoke with a representative at this branch who gave conflicting information… Wasted a lot of my time and money. Did not appreciate that. I’ve been banking with Navy Federal for years and have never had an experience like this. Very sad.
