Impossible to contact, and will increase your price randomly. Tried to cancel for over a month and could never get a response or call back. Then when I finally did they told me they would refund me for the month I shouldn’t have paid, and instead of doing that, they charged me again. Absolute joke of a company.

Pain to sign up for office is not existent and they start you cheap and then while your over seas they increase your price by twice as much literally go to one the many other places around for storage

We recently moved our things into our storage unit in June and it started off at $70 per month. As of now we got a letter in the mail stating in October it would now be $98 a month! When you call they are not friendly at all!
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere, this place is a SCAM!!!

Starting to up the price way too high they suck you in with a few months low cost then jack the price to astronomical levels get out if you can some places very dirty dusty not worth cost at all don't bother

I started at $80 a month and a year later it increased to around $99. Annoying but not a huge deal. Another year later they wanted $130 a month. At that point I emptied my unit and found somewhere else because if you look at all the holes in the fences and the dents in the storage units from their own maintenance vehicles and the fact that you need to do your own snow removal in an area like this, I couldn’t justify why I would possibly give them so much of my own money. It’s also obvious that their prices increase every time a brigade deploys. If you’re a soldier and you have no other choice, by all means use this place, but remove your property ASAP because they will exploit you.
Update 3 weeks after initial review, district manager never reached out to me. KO storage doesn’t care about customers it cares about money.

Never returned, call back office never open impossible to get a hold of for help or any issues. Parking lot was an icy slushy mess. Heat only worked half the time.
