Misplace an order for Evan’s mills Tim Hortons when I wanted Malone. That was on Sunday the 12th of February. I called and cancelled my order and said it was a wrong order, they refuse to refund my money. I’ve the headquarters, they state that a store needs to do the refund. Still they refuse to refund my money even though I called and cancelled the order so no product was recieved because i was about 60 miles away from that store. Why is your store taking money from people and your employees denying any refund and telling me “your screwed”

What can I say, it’s a gas station store. However the food is not too bad for being a fast food option! There is a large variety of meals to pick from depending on time of day as well as options for sides. The wait usually isn’t too long here and they are customer friendly.

sat at the drive thru for over 15 minutes while no other cars were ahead of us. the girl came out and smoked smirking at us while we were waiting and was rude when we asked if anyone was there.

Do not use the Tim Hortons app for scan and pay. Charged me twice and they didn’t do anything about it except tell me to come back later because there’s only one manager. They also messed up my order

Slowest Tims we visit. Constantly a 15-20 minute wait for two ice caps. Constantly only one employee working.

The workers seriously get Order wrong and they don't even know if they have a free hot beverage on Veterans Day. I highly recommend you to check your orders.

I have visited this location on a few occasions and every time there has been something wrong. We’ve constantly had to remind the employees of items we are missing on our order, our coffees and food items come out wrong, and unfortunately they haven’t had the greatest attitude when confronted. We had to ask for multiple items we were missing because they kept forgetting and each time they grew more and more annoyed. If I wasn’t charged for it I would have left and not dealt with it but I wasn’t going to leave without getting everything I paid for. I did write in a complaint and never got a response. Unfortunately this location just isn’t great

I love Tim Hortons, it's my favorite restaurant, but there's one employee who always gets my order wrong constantly. For instance, today I ordered on the app for my friend and I. We got 2 drinks, a waffle sandwich with extra sausage, and an egg muffin sandwich. When we got to the drive-through, she only gave us drinks and ended the conversation, to which I responded that we still hadn't gotten our food. After over 5 minutes of waiting she hands us the food and we park and eat and she got the whole order wrong, nothing was correct out of it. We got two hashbrowns (which we didn't order, we just ordered the sandwiches), and 2 croissant sandwiches. I love this food chain but constantly getting my order wrong is a buzzkill, especially when I paid more money for customization and received items less than I paid for.

The service is freaking terrible. The workers will either ignore you completely or say I'll be right with you, and 20 minutes later, come back to take your order. I had one car in front of me in the drive-thru. It took over 30 minutes to get my order.

Have never gotten a hot coffee here that is actually hot. Stopped going. Too bad because they have good coffee if it is hot.
