In all my previous encounters with purchasing PCs, the Windows OS had always been pre-activated or I was provided with a product key via email. So when I received my new machine from JNCS and noticed a sticker with a partially obscured product key, I was a bit puzzled. However, after a few moments of uncertainty, I realized that I could simply scratch off the paint to reveal the full product activation key. If I were to offer a bit of constructive criticism, I'd say a "getting started" document would be helpful. However, given that the issue here was my own lack of experience, even that is most likely not necessary for the vast majority of JNCS customers.Choosing JNCS for my PC build was an excellent decision.
