“Arpad is the most knowledgeable, technically skilled, capable, accommodating, and reasonably priced computer technician, I ever knew. He has an enormous grasp of a wide array of hardware devices and software.
He replaced a cracked laptop screen, and enabled me to play DVDs on the unit, for the first time, by diagnosing the lack of software, as the issue, and downloading and installing it. He also solved an hours-long mess, I had, where I failed to get a scriptwriting program document to convert to PDF.

“J & N is one of the handful of companies that I will keep going back to because of the excellent customer service. 2 years after I bought a PC from them I had a failure. They fixed the problem within 24 hours and 100% covered under their warranty. Turns out the problem wasn't an issue with the PC hardware, it was a failed Windows update. But they fixed it anyway, at no charge to me. I definitely recommend these guys.”
