She took the time to explain all the flavoring options for my daughter’s medication and was very thoughtful about which flavors would work best with the medication itself. Andrea made helpful suggestions, explained the pros and cons, and even guided us on how many bottles to flavor to make it easier for us. Her demeanor was calm, friendly, and genuinely caring.
