She did all that even though she was working on other things when I walked up to the counter. I so appreciate her helpfulness and her friendly demeanor!!”

I have picked up my rx's here for over 7 years. I trust them when they alert me to a difference in color or shape of a pill, that is why I would rather be with Walgreens instead of Wegmans.”

“Absolutely love Wegman's Penfield Pharmacy! They had changed the manufacturer of the thyroid pills my cat has to take which resulted in the pill shape and size changing. I have to cut the pills each day for her to take and this new shape is almost impossible to split, it just keeps crumbling. Called Wegman's Penfield Pharmacy right away and they could not have been nicer. Not only are they going to reorder the medicine from the original supplier and swap it out for me; but they have put a note in the account to only order that particular med from the original manufacturer. The pharmacy representative was knowledgeable, understanding, thorough and accommodating on the phone. This is why Wegman's as a store (including the pharmacy department) has the great reputation for customer service that they have!”
