“This was the best experience with a major vehicle repair I have ever had. The entire staff is kind, friendly and so knowledgeable. John is incredible, he will go above and beyond to help you in every possible way. Better than any dealership has ever treated me. John is truly an honest kind human. I can't say enough. Thank you again for helping me.”

“Fast and professional, not at all pushy about upsales, just informative. I have a regular oil change scheduled at my mechanic every 3 months but due to extenuating circumstances I have been driving a lot more and needed service earlier. Iain and the team were great and I would 100% come back if I find myself in need again.”

“Vanessa, and the team at AAMCO East Rochester did an excellent job on my 2015 Lexus GX460. They replaced the transmission with a remanufactured unit, explained the work clearly, and completed a major repair professionally. The invoice was detailed, the process felt organized, and I appreciated the 36 month / 100,000 mile warranty. For a big transmission job, they made the experience as smooth and confidence-inspiring as possible. My Lexus drives like new. Highly recommend.”

“I've been needing word done on my old F150 for quite some time now. My-Tee has always come through when it comes to Price and Turnover. Had a battery changed and some diagnostic workup. Dennis took the time to help me understand a couple things I was confused about and even went as far as making some recommendations for easy work I could do before inspection. Great service. Nice people. I Highly recommend. Thanks guys!”
