They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”

“After my car was involved in a hit and run my insurance recommended me to get my car fixed by Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision made the whole process easy and fast. Victor walked me through everything, he called me when the parts was order, updated me on the status of what their doing and when my car is going to be done. After getting my car back from Caliber Collision it looked brand new, just like how I picked it up from the dealership. They did an excellent job on my 2026 Kia, I would definitely go back if I need any body done on my car and would recommend this shop to anyone.”

“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding!
