“They replaced my windows and both doors after someone hit my car. All parts they used were new and the car looked brand new after they painted, polished and detailed the interior as well. They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”

“Marvin is definitely a rare found in NYC nowadays.
He is so reliable, honest, transparent and very communicative.
I reached out for a difficult dent to repair; what he quoted was very reasonable. He described why the dent is technically challenging to repair due to its position on the edge of the quarter panel; then when I took my car to him, he reviewed carefully again and assessed. He then worked on it for 4 hours!! non stop just to make it as good as possible for me. He also accommodated my other quick request taking advantage of on site with him to take care of. Result is very good by my standards yet the humble Marvin only claimed he has just “done his best”.
If you have a dent to fix and in this area, go there, no brainer.”

Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“Best body shop in NYC! I've used them twice now for some pretty bad damage to my cars. They have a great, friendly staff. I dropped the car off and they took it from there, making the insurance process a breeze. They even helped out with arranging rental car pickup.
Both times the car has come back ahead of schedule and looking as good as the day I bought it. Nobody wants to get in an accident, but if you do this is the place to go. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

All too often, I'm told what's needed for my car and then given a bill without actually knowing what I'm paying for and whether the work and/or part was needed. “East Coast Auto Plaza did a fantastic job with the replacement of my rear driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. My car was hit while parked and unattended and the damage was so much worse than I could guess from looking at it (first 4 pics), and when my insurance declared it a total loss, I chose to keep the car and move forward with repairs. As I navigated through that stressful process, my primary point of contact with ECAP was Benny, and found him to be so easy to work with - professional, courteous, and completely honest. “I came in with overspray on my windshield after someone nearby was spraying silicone on their car. Tiny droplets drifted onto my glass, and no product I tried would remove it. I fully expected I’d need a new windshield.
At G&R, they easily could have sold me one—but instead, Rosie at the front office said, “No, don’t do that. Let’s see if we can get it off.”
They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn’t charge me for it.

From the moment I spoke with Ryan (the owner of the shop) who arranged for the car to be picked up and immediately submitted the report to GEICO. In less than two weeks, our car was fully repaired and looking brand new again.
