There is no phone call attend by there representative the time of a shop opens is 10am but they open after 11 am and I need to change my sim plan and there is no reply and I need my a 10 digits pin but no body can attend my phone call and reply bad experience in my life

That guy who work afternoon (i was there between 2-8 not gonna say exact time) he need more or retraining customer service all over again. Also need to speak and understand basics English (don't get me wrong).

I had a problem acct from the Mott Ave store. The employee present worked on my account and then his boss did he had to spend a long time but he got my account registered and I paid for the only services I want. 🫡😁😁😁😁😁😁
