“With all due humbleness I am. requesting that Shaba at the Rockaway store be commended for extra humble and respectful character her demeanor displays each and every time she’s approached by a customer. I am servant of the city of New York in many capacities, if Shaba would have displayed any adverse character that her job employed her to remain, I would then first to report her to supervisor throughout Tmobile company. So allow me to complement your good office for having her as your employee.”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at the Metro store thanks to Zeeshan. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain my options and made sure all my questions were answered without rushing me. What stood out most was his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers. Because of Zeeshan, my visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Zeeshan if you visit this location.”
