I was here at the metro pcs beach channel drive office,my time here was amazing.The customer service guy name isJuan,he is so kind,respectful and very helpful..I will recommend everyone to come to this particular office for the best services.I give it to you Jusn,good job.keep it up

There is no phone call attend by there representative the time of a shop opens is 10am but they open after 11 am and I need to change my sim plan and there is no reply and I need my a 10 digits pin but no body can attend my phone call and reply bad experience in my life

That guy who work afternoon (i was there between 2-8 not gonna say exact time) he need more or retraining customer service all over again. Also need to speak and understand basics English (don't get me wrong).
