Tony's crew showed up at our facility with prefabricated parts of the crate. It took Tony's crew about an hour and half to complete the crate. “my neighborhood ups store runs like clockwork. Even at holiday time they know what they are doing and the lines move like a bullet train. Everyone is friendly and helpful and tries to work with your price range. They have a notary too. Very efficient very quick and done well. If you stink with technology as I do they will walk you through it . They are patient And also do old picture restoration.The Garden City Park store on Jericho is the best one in the area. They are all good but GCP is like a well oiled machine.”

“Unfortunately people hardly make reviews when things so their way. I firstly want to thank Ms. Valerie snd Ms. Crystal for aiding me retrieving my package when it was my fault. On 05-14-21 I called the local post office on Mott Avenue and spoke to Ms. Valerie, explained to her my package that was coming from another country didn’t have my complete address on it. She informed me once I get a notification stating the package was there to contact them immediately and we can go from there. On Saturday I got a message informing me my package was in route. I then went to the post office, spoke to the mail clerk Ms. Crystal and she informed me due to the time of day more than likely my package will not be coming there today. She informed she’ll be there on Monday so I can come to her to see if my package was there. She took my information on Saturday in case if came that day. Today 05-21-21 I received the message informing me my package arrived. I was at the post office right when it opened. I saw ms. Crystal, informed her my package was delivered and gave her my tracking number. She saw it was there, went to the back, spoke to the mail carrier in my locale and told me to come back in an hour. Upon coming back I didn’t give them enough time. I called an hour and half later, spoke to Ms. Valerie, gave her my information and she worked to say the least. After being out on hold for about twenty minutes she came back to the phone, apologized first then informed me she retrieved my package and gave it to Ms. Crystal. I’m very grateful to those two professionals for aiding me a matter that may have not worked out in my favor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart”
