“This Post Office is my post office of choice. Nine times out of ten, the service is quick, efficient and friendly due, in large part, to Cheryl who has been taking care of customers for years. She is friendly, offers tips on the best way to mail whatever it is you have, yet she doesn't spend too much time chitchatting while other customers wait. They always have a wide array of stamps and mail seems to get delivered faster from this P.O. than many others in the area. The one cavaet is that parking is limited. Also, the mailboxes outside had some kind of sticky material and I know of one card I mailed that never got to the person to whom I sent it. Always take your mail inside.”

“Post offices generally give me anxiety and I try my best to steer clear of them due to awful past experiences. This time I had no choice as I needed to get my passport renewed and I had to ship out a return. Fortunately for me the staff here (Darvin clerk #38, and Yinney (pronounced Jenny) were actually the friendliest and most helpful post office clerks I have ever met in my life. Darvin even made some jokes that made me laugh and eased my anxiety. What’s more impressive about their amazing customer service is that there were only 2 people doing everything. It was obvious they were understaffed but that didn’t stop them from being nice to literally everyone. I see the post office has improved and I’m glad they hired these two really great people!”

Due to the one teller working. Other then that, Place is cleaner then the Maspeth post office. Never had an issue with the staff. And street parking is free.”
“Unfortunately people hardly make reviews when things so their way. I firstly want to thank Ms. Valerie snd Ms. Crystal for aiding me retrieving my package when it was my fault. On 05-14-21 I called the local post office on Mott Avenue and spoke to Ms. Valerie, explained to her my package that was coming from another country didn’t have my complete address on it. She informed me once I get a notification stating the package was there to contact them immediately and we can go from there. On Saturday I got a message informing me my package was in route. I then went to the post office, spoke to the mail clerk Ms. Crystal and she informed me due to the time of day more than likely my package will not be coming there today. She informed she’ll be there on Monday so I can come to her to see if my package was there. She took my information on Saturday in case if came that day. Today 05-21-21 I received the message informing me my package arrived. I was at the post office right when it opened. I saw ms. Crystal, informed her my package was delivered and gave her my tracking number. She saw it was there, went to the back, spoke to the mail carrier in my locale and told me to come back in an hour. Upon coming back I didn’t give them enough time. I called an hour and half later, spoke to Ms. Valerie, gave her my information and she worked to say the least. After being out on hold for about twenty minutes she came back to the phone, apologized first then informed me she retrieved my package and gave it to Ms. Crystal. I’m very grateful to those two professionals for aiding me a matter that may have not worked out in my favor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart”
