I submitted a service request today(4/19/25) and they got back to me in a couple of hours where I spoke to young lady who called the carrier delivered the package yesterday and said he’ll go back to double check and few hours later everything was all solved. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements. There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”

I had stopped at the Valley Stream Post Office to buy stamps but the line was wrapped around the inside and when I went in the guy coming out was muttering about a half hour wait which is pretty normal there. So I went to the Elmont Post Office and was in and out in 2 minutes with 1 person infront of me when I went in and one person behind me as I left. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.”
