“By far one of the most seamless event planning experiences with Space 224 and the wonderful owner Abraham. My mother found the location via google which was rated at 5 stars. From the first call to the actual event I couldn't be more pleased. I chose space 224 to host my father's memorial dinner. Abraham wanted to ensure the pressure was off my family for the planning. We used their caterer and decorative team and must I say the food was amazing and the decorations were perfect. Abraham even helped out and served the drinks and said a few words. I honestly I could go on and on but most importantly want to express I would book anytime for any event. Thank you Abraham and the space 224 crew for making my father's memorial dinner a memory to last a lifetime”

“This event space is perfect is every way, Very clean and friendly staff, the bartender provided was great, making some pretty cool cocktails and pretty fast with the drinks/shots.Ms. D who was overseeing the event, is such a kind and respectful person, she made sure everything went well for us through out the evening.The owner who is extremely knowledgeable kind and respectful as well accommodated us and went over every detail possible and even did a custom slide show on the venues projector system.Our event went so well, that nobody wanted to leave because they were having so much fun so i had to extend the closing time lol.If your looking for a hall with great features such as friendly staff, ambience, nice music system, good overall size, cleanliness, good parking, and the best bang for your buck, Regency Party Hall is the place for you. “Kids and adults fun. I was invited to my little cousin birthday party. We had a blast. Upon your arrival your greeted by one of the amazing staff to read and fill out a safety voucher. Then once completed the FUN begins. For children's party the staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. They bring your vision to life and make sure the children's are entertained throughout the entire time. Amazing phenomenal staff. Very clean and spacious atmosphere.”

He's so accommodating and will give u subtle suggestions lol which are always on point! The steady stream of food and service was OUTSTANDING! The staff was great! “Friday Dec 8, 2023 we had our daughters Sweet 16 at The Sands Atlantic Beach NY. It was absolutely incredible. Lori and the whole entire staff were absolutely amazing from the first moment we walked in to book our event. The food was extraordinary! SO good ! Everyone has been calling me to say what a great time they had ! They were attentive to all our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience there. I will 100% recommend them to everyone and would definitely have another party there! It was amazing !”

“The owners were amazing this spot is very beautiful and then a great location if you have to drive or take the train. I really loved that they had chairs and tablecloths readily available and even the big Grand chair if you're having a baby shower or bridal shower or just honoring anyone at an event. There's also a heating area that can heat all your food that's not ready to be taken out and placed into serving trays yet.”

“Came here for a spoken word/poetry show and it is much smaller than expected but perfect for the event held, it was a cozy intimate setting. I've seen tickets for other events and was hesitant about booking because I didn't know how the seating would be, but after visiting I'd return to another event here. “We just held a party for 80 family and friends to celebrate the upcoming wedding of our daughter and her fiancé at The Ocean Club. To be with loved ones in such an awe-inspiring setting was magical; the ocean, the most beautiful white sand, the gorgeous sunset-all enjoyed from their beautiful deck..:then the indoor and outdoor bar....and lovely ballroom. the atmosphere is casual yet elegant festive yet calm. There were really three parts to the experience and all three were perfect. First there is the period of selecting and working with the team: they couldn't have been more cooperative and helpful and responsive and flexible. Second is the event itself: ran absolutely smoothly and everything they said they would handle, they handled with great care. Third after the event; we left some items behind and they were in touch with us the very next morning. The Ocean Club works with one caterer and man what a skilled and delightful group of professionals who not only prepared delicious food but we're so invested in the success of our event that their presence enhanced the evening for all. Together this made for a perfect event!”

“I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at Once Upon a Sundae recently and the service was great! Our party consisted of kids from ages 1-10 years old and they all enjoyed the playroom, the piggy bank craft, and (of course) the ice cream! This was a very easy party to host because the ice cream parlor is fully decorated and they offer most supplies for the party. I just had to fill goodies bags, bring a cake and show up. Our party consisted of 2 hours and it flowed very well. The hosts at Once Upon a Sundae kept the kids engaged and offered kid-friendly service by assisting with smocks when it was time to paint, helped with the ice cream toppings, and offered amazing service. The adults also felt comfortable and enjoyed food and ice cream at the end of the party. We had such a good time!”

“This is our go to party hall in Queens, not only is the staff super friendly and accommodating, but the space is large enough for a decent sized party. We have had birthday parties, Christmas parties, weddings, anniversaries, baptisms, and even baby showers here. I couldn’t recommend this place more.”

“I had received a gift card for this restaurant as a Christmas gift and decided to dine out and use the gift card that night. Although I had reserved a table, the wait time was lenghty. The staff were very pleasant and we didn't mind the wait. We ordered the Salmon with capers. It was perfectly done and quite delectable. I would order it again. Thank you. “If I could give a 20 out of 10 I would! All the staff at the hotel were amazing. My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding, got ready in 2 separate suites the day of our wedding, and stayed the night of our wedding. They made sure that my husband and I were on 2 different floors so that we would not run into each other. We gave the front desk staff welcome bags to give to each guest upon arrival. They fulfilled all of our requests with ease and professionalism. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne the night of our wedding. How thoughtful!! We also booked a Post Nuptial Brunch the following day after our wedding. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! The front desk staff was outstanding and the manager, Matt, was so attentive and easy to communicate with. He always answered my emails promptly and with all the information I needed, if not more!! This made me so confident that our stay here would be nothing less than excellent. The service was exceptional and Albert made sure that every detail was taken care of. “I am a native Nyer who moved and back visiting from NC. Stayed here as the reviews were better than others around. While this was a tad pricer I decided why not. We arrived around 8pm. At first look the property looks really good. There were valets who we asked where to park and they showed us the other side of the building. On entry in the lobby, it's clean, uncluttered and well lit. No musty odors. We got to our room and we were impressed. I had no expectations but was nicely surprised. I am always on the look out for a room not well cleaned. Hair on the pillow or bathroom floor...NOPE. there was none of that. We ordered room service and the bread basket with the olive oil was really good. The fries..were crispy and done well. The room was modern enough, clean. Not a dust in sight. Even in the morning. Bravo.We actually decided we would stay here again.No complaints.Rooms: The rooms are spacious. Had the king room.Food & drinks: Food was good. A bit pricey but worth it.”

“Attended a baby shower at this beautiful and spacious venue and thought how cool it was that it's above an active firehouse.The hall space is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator but the steps are short. There is a fully equipped bar, ice machine kitchen and ample space with 2 super clean bathrooms. If you're expecting guests, there is a parking lot around the corner. The views from the building are beautiful and thinking of booking this in the future.”

“We are so glad we booked BYC for our wedding day!! Since the staff, especially Jenn and Eric, were so on top of things in planning, we didn't feel the need for a wedding planner. The staff took care of our timeline, made sure everything was set up for us exactly how we pictured it, and broke everything down for us at the end of the night. Everyone raved about the food and drinks, and the staff serving were extremely attentive. The ballroom was the perfect space for our large wedding (200 guests) to feel comfortable and not cramped, and left plenty of room on the dance floor (though it was full the whole time!). We couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and its proximity to Long Beach for the ceremony at my husband's home church was an extra bonus for us. We wish we could go to another event there!!”

“Very nice evening. Our server was Mary. She was assisted by Jose Luis. As always, the service was excellent. The dinner also was excellent. I had the Double Cut Berkshire Pork Chop on a bed of vegetable minestrone. Unbelievable in taste and size of portion. My wife had the Butternut Squash Risotto with Shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed it. We're already looking forward to our next visit.”

“I was here for a Girl Scout event last night. Food was okay, but the dessert was great! It was a sumptuous and delicious brownie with ice cream on the side, can never get wrong with that! The grilled chicken was ok, not exceptional. The staff were very courteous and polite. A great place for events and receptions.”
