Including the new, & trendier items as well as the old “health nut” standbys my parents loved.Impeccably clean, a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Years ago, this is the kind of place that you would find elsewhere and only wished that they open shop in Forest Hills”

The owner, Steve, has done an amazing job building the company and educating the employees on how to really connect with a customer and help them with a healthy lifestyle. “I walked into this hidden shop in Oceanside, NY. To my surprise, my first impression was it's a very well-organized shop with supplements, prepped meals, freshly made smoothies with produce and products from local vendors, Empire Swag ( Branded clothing), and many more features! The customer service was excellent, A1! I liked the atmosphere the most. It felt homey, unlike if you walk into a regular supplement store just to buy supplies in and out type of ordeal! No, they take the time to get to know their customer base and make it feel like you're not there just to spend money. Phenomenal job, guys! Thanks again!”

“I've been buying meal preps from this location for about 2 years now. I've always loved the recipes and flavors the meal preps offer.., but as of lately the quality of the food isn't the same. It seems they have gotten a bit stingy with the meat.This meal specifically is a low carb meal, so you can expect a lot of veggies. But it's mostly batter, veggies and a very small amount of meat.When you're paying $10-13 for a meal- you expect a little more. But, I'll still buy more meal preps, it's just something for them to be mindful of.My favorite are the overnight oats!! They are the best ever.”

“I placed an order online for pickup. This location responds quickly, and my order was ready in less than an hour. Other locations may take longer. This Vitamin Shoppe is located at a small shopping mall called Rego Center. I often come to Rego Center for Costco and only recently decided to check out Vitamin Shoppe because of their deals on health/nutrition/energy drink products. The store is not usually busy, and the staff seems quick and efficient. I do not know how knowledgeable the staff is since I did not ask any questions about the products. I purchased Alani Nu energy drinks and Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. I will definitely come here again. The best way to save on these health nut-type products would be to create an account online on Vitamin Shoppe. There are tons of deals throughout the year and a rewards center. The key is to purchase all the products you will need in one order because they have discounts (Buy One, Get One 50% off, Buy any 3 items or more and save 20%, $15 cashback when you spend $75). The best thing is that you can combine two active deals. Plus, by using the auto-delivery option on a product, you can save an additional 10%. “Golden era is one of the best nutrition spots that you will find on Long Island. The staff is very educated on the supplements and they have traditional body building meals like chicken and rice, chicken and veggies, steak and rice and so many other options for you to have right after your workout or even throughout the day. it’s comforting to have a great nutrition store near me that’s B.S free. Very calm and relaxed environment right near the beach for you to enjoy a nice lunch. The owner + staff are all very humble and kind people who definitely care about your health and aren’t just trying to sell you nonsense. The smoothies are amazing. My favorite is the pbnj. Great place 10/10”
