CapitalOne needs to add at least another ATM. Ideally one inside that can be accessed after hours. This will be a 15+ minute wait because their ATMs are so slow. No one uses tellers anymore but they have a teller booth that isn’t open. Waste of space. Replace with another machine.

The ATM is constantly broken and there is no ATM inside branch so you waste your time, gas and still can't get access to your money.
