“The store manager Paula S. Is a breathe of fresh air for this bank! I have been a TD bank customer for over 10 years, recently had a large problem and no phone reps would help. Went to the branch and met Paula, she took her time and went up and beyond for me. I truly appreciate her and her time and efforts. I hope this review reaches someone, she is an All Star and should be recognized for it.

“This Citibank is incredibly self-aware of the negative sentiment towards them. I got that sensation when I went there by the manager's overly friendly nature. It comes off as insincere, but that's fine. Got what I needed, and they essentially were correcting many of the errors made by a different Citibank. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints.”

“I normally don’t have to do any transactions at the bank because I do everything with my card..but yesterday and today I’ve had to go there for work and exchange money for singles..let me say as nervous as I was due to it being an odd request the team handled it well!! Kind, courteous, and changed the money for me pronto!! When I went back to the store I work for and told the manager how easy it was she was amazed too because her bank was rude to her. 10/10!! Makes me happy to be a capital one customer when they handle my odd requests.”

“I have been banking at Four Leaf Credit Union for 10+ years. I feel like I am family when i walk in. Everyone greets me, knows who I am and help me with all of my personal and business needs. The manager Kurt recently helped me with something and as usual took care of the issue by asking a few questions , getting the info necessary and finishing up the task. By the time I sat in the waiting area, I was standing back up to go into his office. As usual Kurt was friendly, knowledgeable and got me on my way quickly!”
