The ATM machine is always out!! The employees seem to always have something better to do than help the customers. Whoever runs this branch needs to be fired immediately.

Bad attitude, disrespectful, lack of attention by tellers. They seem to be in a Hurry, in conversations with one another while dealing with customers or in a different mindset ! I have had this experience more than once here.!

CapitalOne needs to add at least another ATM. Ideally one inside that can be accessed after hours. This will be a 15+ minute wait because their ATMs are so slow. No one uses tellers anymore but they have a teller booth that isn’t open. Waste of space. Replace with another machine.
