“As an avid gym goer , I have been to a number of gym around the area. I’ve tried the north Babylon and the lindenhurst LA Fitness but the farmingdale by far was my favorite . The staff was very helpful and the facility was well maintained! My only complaint is that there should be a tree the place all the attachments and add more ropes especially if you’re trying to perform a unilateral movement.”
