I was greeted warmly by Mike and right away he showed his expertise by easily untangling the wild chain. He told me what I was working with and showed my a subtable chain replacement that was better that what I had and matched the custom lockett I came in with. “Finding an honest jeweler is rare these days, which is why my experience with Eddie was so refreshing. I initially visited to obtain an appraisal report for my insurance coverage. Before proceeding, Eddie took the time to honestly explain the true retail value of my diamond. Rather than encouraging me to pay for an appraisal I might not need, he was transparent and upfront about the situation.
Because of his integrity and professionalism, I decided to move forward with the appraisal anyway. Not only was the service exceptional, but their appraisal fee was approximately 70–75% lower than what I was quoted in New York City and the surrounding counties. In fact, Eddie even charged me less than the standard appraisal fee.

“Outstanding purchase experience. This is not my first time buying from Time Source, so I finally decided to share my thoughts about the consistent service and quality of the staff. I was always greeted warmly upon entering the store. My first visit was just to browse. There was no pressure from the sales staff. It was a comfortable experience. I had brought in a watch for service (battery replacement and cleaning). It was done in a timely fashion. The results were perfect. I purchased my first watch 2 years ago. It came in a timely manner and was in mint condition. Very pleased with the experience. Fast forward to now, when I bought a new luxury timepiece. It would normally be a difficult model to obtain, but Time Source was able to get it within 2 weeks. I was kept informed about the progress and finally picked it up. The watch and incidentals arrived in mint condition. The staff was very helpful during the pickup. I would definitely return for my future needs and highly recommend this place to anyone interested in anything related to watches.”

“Matthew is a very well educated and highly certified professional with a passion for gemology. He has a professional lab in his office with up to 30 instruments at his disposal. I came in with a couple of fairly rare stones and he did a very thorough analysis. He researched them, spending probably more time than it was worth for him to come up with a reliable current retail value. His rate was very reasonable to boot. He was very personable even though it was late in the day which made it a fun visit as well. He will definitely be my ‘go to guy’ for any future appraisals.”

“Huge thank you to Candy's for making my son's experience a memorable one and in the best way possible. My six year old came to me just before Mother's Day and expressed his desire to get mom a gift. Wanting him to take ownership over the experience rather than me just buying whatever i suggested we go shopping together and he asked could we make it a jewelry store. The great reviews lead us to Candy's on a quiet rainy afternoon. The only ones in the store he was made to feel like a king, asking all sorts of questions as kids his age do and wanting to more or less see everything. Candy was beyond patient and helpful, letting him see the pieces in the price range I'd mentioned and put them side by side so he could make his choice. In the end he picked out the necklace he like best and was thrilled that we walked out with it giftwrapped, bagged and ready to go for mommy. She of course loved it because it came from him and he now has a memory he'll always treasure. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.”
