“Rav's Auto is the creme de la creme of Long Island mechanics. I first went to Rav's thanks to multiple Google reviews raving about the service, timeliness of diagnosis and repair, and superb care taken for all cars, with many mentions of their expertise with Mercedes (I drive a C300). Rav's is all of those things PLUS incredibly kind, patient, clear in communicating what's happening and why. Recently Rav helped process a major claim for over $4k in repairs needed - he took it on from start to finish, working directly w my warranty company AND organizing my car rental - i literally did nothing while my car was fixed, the warranty inspection & approval process totally managed by Rav ( And, I paid less than $1k! Just my deductible!). I can't recommend Rav, Raj and team enough. They are kind people expert at what they do. I am so grateful! they are right here in my neighborhood. #ShopLocal”

“I have been going yo TLC Auto & Truck Center for several years. Today I met a brilliant young woman whose name is Felicity. She was an excellent sercice manager. I will be brining my Ram 1500 into them for service. Today I was accommodated with an inspection while I waited. This group has great mechanics and service over and above any other place I know.”

“Love this place - they really know what they are doing. Have an old Mercedes diesel that Greg has serviced for years. He knows what he is doing top to bottom. Fair pricing - what more can you ask for? This should be your go to for Mercedes/BMW / Audi”

“Great service from start to finish, exceptionally quicker than when i bring the car to my dealership. Nissan usually takes around 2 hours+ for an oil change and tire rotation, Valvoline had me in and out within an hour and everything was performed exceptionally”

“I saw a number of bad reviews and wanted to chime in on my recent experience. I scheduled an appointment for tire install (I really needed rotation only, but didn’t see that option) and arrived about 3 minutes early. While I did wait for a couple minutes before anyone checked me in (desk was empty), the process from there was smooth and they were professional and easy to deal with. Took about 30 minutes total”
