I recently rented a storage unit at the Public Storage location at 47 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, NY, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, well-organized, and secure. The facility is well lit, easy to navigate, and the 24/7 access has been a lifesaver for my schedule.
What truly sets this location apart is the incredible management, especially Manager Meredith. She is hands-down one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Meredith is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, recommended the perfect unit size, and even gave me smart packing tips that made moving my belongings so much easier. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the whole process stress-free.
Being a first-timer customer, Meredith treated me with respect and went above and beyond. You can tell she truly cares about the facility and her customers. The place feels safe and well-maintained thanks to her and the team.

“Extremely happy with the moving services provide by Molloy Brothers. I've worked with them on two moves: Manhattan to New Haven in 2020 and west side to east side of Manhattan this week (UN week in NYC). Even with the crazy congestion of UN week, they managed to pull off a perfect move. Quick, efficient packing (nothing broken or damaged), friendly, professional and reasonably priced (quality costs a little more, but Molloy is worth it - first class service all the way).
