Not only did they assist me with directions but I felt like I was talking with friends who I have known for years! They were so sweet. “Today I called LNB in Macedon regarding some credit products they offer. Peter took my call and was very professional. He didn't have the answers to all my questions, but knew exactly who to direct me to. I appreciate this kind of honesty.
I then spoke with Nina, the assistant branch manager. I asked specific details about LNB's personal line of credit, and she also wasn't familiar with this specific product. I guess it's a product that very few people apply for. I expressed that I had gotten a different answer from four other branches (Fairport, Clyde, Jordan, and Lyons) and was a bit perplexed by this. Nina told me that she would make sure I got all the right details, and she did just that! Within several minutes I received a call back and she had all the information I was looking for. She even offered to make sure the other branches were familiar with what LNB's personal line of credit is.
If I were to leave a review for the other branches, I would have to highlight the subpar knowledge of their products and the lack of service. Literally every single branch gave me a different answer. Some stated that there is no personal line of credit, some stated different limits, and one branch didn't even know what credit bureau LNB pulls their credit reports from. Yikes! I want to support local and regional businesses, but negative experiences like this are what turn people away.
Nina made things right, and that's what I want to highlight in this review. I'm not currently going to apply for this personal line of credit, but when I do, I'll be going to the Macedon branch.
