“Under new ownership! The new owners are really cleaning up the place. Rooms are being renovated and the property manager Jeff works hard to do everything to make sure things are running smoothly. Can’t beat the location and views.”
“Beautiful hotel with a very upscale vibe. We were upgraded to a canal view room, which was lovely. Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, beautiful location. The beds are extremely comfortable, with luxurious linens. The only thing: obviously the designer won the battle on seating. The chairs look chic, but they are just plain uncomfortable! I'd rather be comfortable than cool. A magnifying mirror would have been nice. Still, I'm giving it a 5.Noteworthy details: It was cold while we were there, so we didn't make the walk to the hot tub or pool. But it looked like others were enjoying them.”

“Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Two issues were - no microwave in rooms and only one uncomfortable desk chair for a two person room. There were no upholstered chairs.”

“What an incredible, beautiful place to hold a wedding, meeting, or reunion. Stone structures, arches, waterfalls. Outside bar in stone with marble top in a grotto. Just fantastic.”
