“The UPS store in Nesconset is great. A very friendly staff to say the least. I appreciate Joe the owner, he was very helpful in getting my shipments taken care of the last few weeks. He even went the extra mile for me in taking care of everything for a cold shipment I recently had to make. He certainly went above and beyond which is a rarity in today’s world. I also noticed in my visits there that he treats his staff well. I would highly recommend this UPS store.”

“I went specifically here due to reviews after being told my save the dates for my wedding were too thick with a wax seal to mail by other post offices. I was so close to having to open every single envelope and do it all over again. Until I went here! The clerk Danielle was so helpful! She made sure I had the right stamp that way it will be hand cancelled and won’t be an issue when mailing. She was so polite and even ran to make sure my postage made it on the truck for the day! I can’t thank her enough! She saved me HOURS of my time and HOURS of my hard work! I will definitely be coming back to Oakdale post office to send out my wedding invites! :)”

“Every time I go in there they workers are having a party, swinging from the lamps, dancing, blaring the music, drinking cocktails. I think I smell weed sometimes too. I usually hang out for a couple of songs and then leave buzzed, I usually forget to mail my letters LOL. Did anyone ever play that game with with the postage scale they are always playing? SO FUN!”
“This is my hometown. This is the eagle as we call it. Flaps its wings on the hour. It hasn't worked and I don't even know how long like 40 years? I can't remember the last time it flapped I think it was in the '80s sometimes and it wouldn't even flap on the right time at all or even consistently during the day night or whatever.
So they just fixed it. It's all beautiful and I wanted to go down and take some pictures of it and just be in that space again.
It's such a beautiful post office. Probably one of the nicest ones on the island for sure. Especially with its unique eagle.

Wait times are manageable and the pace of the operation does not feel rushed or chaotic. Parking is available on site, which removes one of the usual headaches of a postal errand entirely. By any reasonable standard for a government postal facility in New York State, this branch is doing things right. Nothing flashy, nothing extraordinary -- just a post office that works the way a post office should. That is more than enough to earn a recommendation.”

“This guys are great. I went there to ask questions about printing a birthday sign. Within 20 minutes my sign was ordered. By next day morning my sign was ready. I received a call from the store to let me know it was ready. Came to store, they remembered me and immediately handed me my sign. The sign came out more than perfect. Asst. manager Jayson is very nice, ready to work and knowledgeable.

“I personally go out of my way to avoid Sayville PO as some of the clerks are outright rude. I know many of my neighbors also avoid this PO. Sadly, the supervisor couldn’t care less.
West Sayville employees are warm and friendly and they actually go out of their way for you. This is the how it should be.”
