KeyBank is a large, helpful bank with a big branch location. The staff, including the head teller and managers, are always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. They are especially helpful with estate accounts, notarizing documents, and setting up personal or business accounts. Customers appreciate the kindness of employees, such as allowing access to the employee bathroom in an emergency, which shows their caring attitude. Although the branch can get busy, the staff consistently try to provide excellent service and helpful support. Many customers have been with KeyBank for years and trust the bank for its friendly, attentive care and willingness to go the extra mile. Overall, KeyBank is known for helpful staff, good service, and a caring approach.
My Dad had accounts at Key Bank and when he passed away I opened an estate account there. They’ve been very helpful with information, notarizing documents, etc. The head teller and Ms Dowdell are especially helpful. I’m opening my own personal account there as well.
