He helped me set it up, and both Q and Evan answered my concerned and questions in a patient and professional manner. I am personally not a very technologically advanced person, so this was VERY helpful. They gave me their full attention, and provided great customer service. “My experience with Elizabeth and Ralph was excellent. I was able to prepay my account quickly and also switch my wife from Tracfone to AT&T very quickly. I got a great deal on a new phone for my wife and Ralph took care of the phone number and data transfer from her old phone to the new one. I am extremely pleased with how quickly and competently it was all done.

“Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.”
“Came here originally immediately after rage quitting Verizon down the street, this was close so I went to check it out. Weird to say this for a service carrier but easily top 5 customer service experiences I've ever had.
And not just that one time, we've been working with Hannah and the staff for years at this point. Service is efficient and kind, only one manager had ever tried to hard sell and he hasn't been seen in a while. Really just solid all the way down. No notes.”

“Spoke with Bill today. I went to the tall ave store. Bill helped me getting a new phone, did not pressure me trying to go with the highest price. Gave me the best phone in my price range. Bill made sure my new phone was in working order, transfered everything from my old to my new and answered all my questions. I drove from the Solvay area to this one because the one in Western lights store were total jerks. The music was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself talk.
