Abraham and Willis from the carousel center location took care of all our needs and helped my brother-in-law with some legal issues to get his phone worked on down there. The service was excellent from these two gentlemen.”

“The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.”

The young lady that I just manages it very nice I call her Texas cuz that's where she's from haha been very helpful for me matter of fact I cracked the screen on my phone recently and she helped me order another one through the insurance and I'll bring it back in and she will help me put it all together.
