“Victor, NY 14564 post office. Decent size, well stocked with Priority Mail boxes and slips. Really like how large the package drop off is inside. Also has a self serve kiosk inside.”
“I come to this post office regularly to mail packages or pick up packages that requires signature.I’ve always had a great experience and I’ve always been treated cordially and professionally.I come here to renew passports for myself and my family and they have been very helpful with that too.Passport day is crazy... get ready for a long line, but the staff at the post office always take it with a great smile, fee cookies and coffe.”
“I absolutely love this post office! I recently moved to another area 15 minutes away, and after going to this other post office, I will gladly wait in this line to deal with Jim or Jay or Alan, or annnyyy other employee at this location! They have such sunny, fun personalities that truly change the atmosphere. If you walk in here having a bad day, it will surely turn around. Not to mention, other places will deny you if you don't have things packaged up, labeled, or taped properly. These people will actually help you get it situated without making you feel like an idiot. I ❤️ you people!

“Always a pleasure dealing with Penfield USPS. Self service is usually functioning well and open 24/7. Staff members are willing to help and Joe was excellent in assisting me with a missing package. He found the item, was able to give me information on its delivery status and updated me throughout the process. Kudos to you guys 5/5!”

“One of the better post offices in the area although, the line can get long at times. But not always. A great place for your post office box because the lobby is open 24/7.”
“Walked into the post office and the first thing that I noticed was that it was clean. The staff at the counter was moving right along not pushing people through. Asked if there was anything else that he was able to assist with. One of the better post offices on the inside and out that I have seen in a while.”
“Even though their website says they do walk-in passport applications, they don't. You need an appointment. Thankfully we had an appt for a passport and were helped by a friendly staffer.”

From someone who sells a lot online, seems like literally within an hour or so after I drop a package off in their package drop its scanned and on their way. Makes my customers happy to see its been shipped quickly and I look like a hero.”
