This particular USPS location at 1614 Penfield Rd is highly regarded by customers. The service is described as "tops" among local post offices, with packages scanned and on their way quickly, making customers happy. The staff is praised for their helpfulness, making it "easy as could be" to handle multiple tasks. While there have been some isolated issues with mail carriers in the past, the overall service from this office has been great, with the manager even going out of their way to assist customers with oversized packages.

I am in here several times a month at this point. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable and helpful for more complicated transactions.
