Mr. Vernon was very understanding, was very professional and took his time to correct the issue and after quite a few weeks of tussle, closed the account and made me a happier individual. At first I was very upset and very hard to deal with but Mr. Vernon is the go to guy. He saved the day and my sanity. Otherwise Its a great local bank. Thank you all. Hope this helps.”

“This is a people centric bank Although the tellers change frequently the middle management and above is focused on the credit union members. That's what the customers of the bank are called. It seems people matter to this bank. Some things that I need they can't do, like foreign money transfers but they do 90% of what I need.”

“WYLE (at fishkill branch), IS AMAZING, SUPER INFORMATIVE, AND SUCH A HUGE HELP. i am having a rough day today. i decided to finally open accounts at the credit union after putting it off for awhile. he was extremely helpful, super quick, very informative about everything MHVFCU has to offer, and how everything works. 10/10. anyone looking for help at the credit union should go to him. he was great. so happy i decided to get this done today. helped me open a checking account and 2 savings accounts.”
