“Outstanding service — truly above and beyond. This was hands down the best banking service I have ever experienced.
I needed to issue a certified check for a car purchase in order to secure a sizable year-end discount, and it had to be completed the same day — December 31, the very last day the offer was available. Unfortunately, Chase’s system repeatedly blocked the certified check due to software limitations.
Ric, the branch manager, personally stepped in and worked directly with the car dealer to identify an alternative payment solution. He spent over 1.5 hours, stayed fully engaged throughout the process, and ensured the funds reached the dealer within 30 minutes. On top of that, he made sure I was taken care of while waiting — offering food and water so we could keep things moving.
Thanks to his persistence, creativity, and commitment, the deal was completed successfully. This is a perfect example of going far beyond what is expected to truly help a customer.
