“Switching from ATT to Verizon, while also switching from Apple to Android is an intimidating process, but Jeff at this Verizon location was absolutely incredible. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, explained every, tiny thing so thoroughly. He made this process so easy, even when I ran into some minor issues. He's the best out there! The other employees I briefly spoke to were also very nice. If management sees this, please reward Jeff! A++”

“I came into his Verizon location in panic with my old phone, thank God Hus and frank were there and they let me in the store before they open at 10 AM. “Went there this morning to get a new speaker installed in my Mesa Fillmore 50 Combo. I was going to just drop off the Combo for it to be taken care of later. Instead, it was installed on the spot as I waited. This was extraordinary service and saved me a return trip later in the week.

“I don’t know there’s a Best Buy here in Wappingers Falls weeks ago, and since we were looking for something to connect my laptop to the projector, my wife and I found it on the Google maps, and we get a HDMI cable easily. “This store is nice and spacious. You get greeted as soon as you walk in the door it doesn’t matter how many people are in there are getting helped, Someone’s always paying attention to you. Staff is great and knowledgeable. The sales person Elayna, had me in and out of the store within one hour, probably less with switching from another company and porting my number over and all of that jazz, etc. She and her staff members took my bill from at@t and matched my new version bill with all my perks from the other company but blew them out of the water as far as pricing. Elayna introduced me to the Google AI subscription i thought id never use, love it in fact.”
“Great find in a small upstate town! Staff is friendly and extremally knowledgeable and updated on both classic and latest gaming. Lost Level Games has a nice selection of all system consoles, accessories and games. They also have pre-ordering available for most of the latest games and systems. They are typically by appointment only, I'm assuming so the buyer can have a more personalized experience when shopping. They do have walk-ins mostly on weekends. I've heard they are resuming their party room for events and bookings beginning Summer 2024. Lost Level Games also has the most updated(daily) software that gives the best value/price for trade in items.”

“Amazing to deal with... I bought 25 tablet cases for our charity which did not fit. UC let me exchange them free of charge for ones which did and threw in tempered glass screen protectors for free as well. I can't recommend them for their customer service enough”
“I placed an order for pickup on n October 9, 2023. When I went to pick up my order was wrong. They went to look for the item. Item could not be found. They gave me 30 dollars in store credit. Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I definitely will go back and shop there.”
“Highly recommend this Metro PCS location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered. They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. “Highly recommend this store!! Was mainly taken care of by Stephan who was very fast efficient and took care of multiple people back to back without any issue. The staff during multiple visits were super knowledgeable kind and helpful. Elijah helped with some customer service issues and worked out any questions we had in the beginning and Kyrese and Stephan helped take care of the further phone care that was needed. All in all it was truly a 5 star experience. These guys are really good workers!!”
