“Alfonso at this location has single handedly repaired a horrible relationship with Verizon. He helped unpack a myriad of issues caused by two different franchise locations lying about promotions in order to get their commissions. 5 stars isn't enough for the service he provided, he should be commended. I fully endorse this location and recommend that anyone who uses verizon as a carrier never does any business with any location that isnt a corporate store. Al is a great representative of Verizon, thank you again!”

“Amazing to deal with... I bought 25 tablet cases for our charity which did not fit. UC let me exchange them free of charge for ones which did and threw in tempered glass screen protectors for free as well. I can't recommend them for their customer service enough”

“The ladies who work here are what make the store honestly. It's all about the staff there. I have such a nice interaction every time I go there probably twice a month that I had to write a review. There's an older woman that works the register and she has saved me money a half a dozen times giving me heads up about deals and reminding me to put my phone number in. She's everyone's grandma. I wish I knew names and will edit to add them when I can”
