“I went to the Verizon store because I was experiencing a lot of difficulty with customer service attempting to rectify an issue with my service and billing. The manager, Kevin and two of his colleagues, Dajour and Bryant spent much time and energy over two days supporting me through what would’ve been a situation that caused me to switch to a different company. Their genuine caring and compassion throughout the situation was the type of customer service that just does not exist anymore. If you have never been to the Verizon store on route 300 in NEWBURGH, I highly suggest that you make it your business to go and request one of these three gentlemen. They are truly incredible souls.”

“Highly recommend this Metro PCS location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered. They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. Felt very comfortable going in even with the current COVID situation.”

“Well stocked neat and clean store. Not enough cashiers at the registers. Yes they do have ample self check out. Unfortunately when you are doing a major Target run the line for the one and only Human Cashier can be lengthy. I have seen customers abandon their cart and leave the store. This lack of customer service is the usual topic of conversation amongst the patrons on line.”

“I came into his Verizon location in panic with my old phone, thank God Hus and frank were there and they let me in the store before they open at 10 AM. My old phone had all sorts of scam and apps on it. They took their time to find me the best option. I am leaving very happy with above and beyond service and with a gorgeous new phone ! Thank you guys”
