“The wife and I had gotten 2 NY Strip Steaks for a Valentine's Day dinner at our house. What a spectacular cut of meat. I cooked these beauties on my cast iron skillet to a perfect medium. (Yes, we like medium and sometimes medium rare). So great to have a local butcher in town.”

“The entire staff was extremely nice! And helpful; they helped me exchange money, and made sure I got it before our trip. Both Trish , Richard and the manager were sooo nice! My husband even said that made him want to open an account with them as well. They also helped with my name change without any problems thank you to this lovely staff.
