“Been happy overall with the 257th/ Hillside ave Capital One branch through the years. The employees at the branch are always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Farhana and Jackie who were extremely helpful, brilliant, and compassionate in helping us resolve a time critical scam issue. Jackie gave a good portion of her time and gave her personal attention to investigate our issue. And she made it a priority to follow up with us by phone. Her reassurance made us feel confident that our issue would be resolved. She then referred us back to Farhana who then took over 2 hours of her time to resolve our issue. This involved her calling the corporate office (so we did not have to), and explaining our issue to them over and over until a procedure for a resolution was created, and then executed.
