“Due to my fathers failing health, I had to take over some of his responsibilities. Banking was one of them. I went to the branch that he always went to in Glen Oaks. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service EVER.. I had some shopping to do and right next door was a Chase Bank. I decided to go inside. I was told Mr. Lewis Pinto III could help me and help me he did. I can't say enough how helpful he was. He went out of his way to make this already difficult time for us not anymore so. All of this he did with a smile. You really don't meet them like him anymore. He was very patient answering all of my questions for me.. This will be our branch from now on..”

“I realize ppl go to this bank thinking they're gonna automatically be taken care of in 30sec to 1min_this isn't a fast food place_every person going in has a different need and it takes time to make sure things are done properly_I have been going to this location for a very long time_when they was formerly known as Commerce Bank, so yeh a very long time, lolz_the staff changes and some may be rude at times but overall the existing staff remain professional & give great customer service despite being treated badly by nasty clients_If u want faster svc_make sure u go to a fast food place instead_otherwise have patience and remember that ur not the only one there to do business_being nasty to staff doesn't make things better nor giving a nasty review when itz actually the client who was rude and not the staff_if I see someone being nasty, they're gonna be embarrassed by me becuz ppl need to act like they have some sort of training and treat ppl better_being nasty will cause problems_this is a laid back branch with good ppl_if ur impatient, don't do business there_take ur business somewhere else_if u want someone to take the time and see about ur banking needs properly then go to this branch.”
