“Took my kid for a blood test here and FYI: they have the vein finder! Kid did not need it though as the phlebotomist was AMAZING. I would recommend a stronger parent to go with the kid though because you have to put the child on your lap while the phlebotomist does her thing. She was a magician, and service was quick since I had made the appointment online, which I highly recommend.”

“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”
“Visited the office today under the care of Dr. Amy Waldman for a complete blood workup. All very positive and professional from the interns to Dr. Waldman who was throrough and suggested many additional diagnostics and services which will be beneficial to my well being.

“HUGE shoutout to Rose at the Labcorp inside Walgreens in Oceanside! She is an absolute pro. It’s taken us a long time to successfully get blood drawn for my 3-year-old with ASD, and today she made it happen. I can’t tell you how relieved and grateful I am. If anyone has a child who struggles with blood draws and is looking for someone patient, skilled, and compassionate, I can’t recommend Rose enough. She truly made such a stressful experience so much easier. Thank you, Rose!”
“03/05/2024, I went to 2 other places to get my babies bloodwork completed. No one was able to get it done . I made an Appointment at 1991 Marcus ave northwell labs I had the pleasure of meeting Paul and Bulah , they were kind and patient and they were able to get the job done.. I am so grateful”

“This facility is SPOTLESS! More IMPORTANTLY the staff here gets an A++. They are attentive, friendly and very professional as well as gentle. I am always apprehensive when I have blood drawn, because it's hard to find my veins. However, I left from my appointment ELATED with a HUGE smile and feeling AWESOME! I made the staff aware how AWESOME they are, as I walked out. They ALL deserve a RAISE!!!!”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! Thank u ms Yvonne and ms Angela for all u help!”

“I don't know why this place gets such a lower score. The office is definitely clean the staf great to deal with. I had no issues whenever I go there. Jessica who assist me definitely a people person. That's something important because you need someone like that assisting and especially the fact that your health is in question. If I could have given more stars I would.”
“Ingrid is the best phlebotomist ever (does everything properly & quickly)! Walked in on Saturday. Check-in machine was super easy to use. It said wait could be up to an hour but I was called in 10 mins later. Whole thing took 15 mins. Possibly the best Quest location in the area.”
“Facility is nice, plenty of parking. Park at the back of the building near entrance that is closest to the office (located on the first floor). Receptionist greeted us and treated us professionally. The blood technician, Betty, was very careful, patient and kind as she took blood from my elderly father who has very thin veins. She had to try twice and finally found a vein on top of his right forearm using a baby needle, most importantly not causing any pain.”
“I just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for the entire staff at this location. My child is terrified of needles. He was screaming and crying, they worked together as a team to help me settle my son down, have the blood drawn, and even one of the staff members held my youngest son, my baby, so I could console my oldest son. Most offices most likely would’ve just kicked us out and told us to leave. They went above and beyond, they were respectful, and the most important thing is that they took the time to care about my son’s well-being. I cannot thank you guys enough. I appreciate all of you. And I will definitely return to this location every time in the future. If you have children, I highly suggest this office. They actually care. Thank you guys❤”

“I came here for a pre-employment drug test, and I was there when they opened. There were probably 10 or more people waiting in line but the office was very fast and efficient. The employees let us in as soon as they opened, and got to work right away, checking in three people at a time and worked through the line fast. They were professional and kind. I was very happy with my experience, especially since I was worried it would be very busy and a long wait.”
“I had to go in this morning for my glucose test and I was a bit hesitant after reading horrible reviews for all the other locations, BUT… I came in a little after 7am on a Saturday, at the Port Washington location. I was the 2nd person. They gave me the glucose drink, I finished at 7:22am and at 8:22am on the dot I was called in. A new girl that just started that day named Ro took care of me. She was fast, sweet and I felt no pain. My experience was wonderful. Also, I made sure to pray before I went and asked God to set me up with the best and sure enough he did! Thank you guys for a great experience!”

“I wish there were more that one check-in machine. It takes a few minutes to check in, and some people take even longer to figure it out. Plus, you have to find the email with the QR code and get out your insurance card and ID.
I don't get how I got there 10 minutes early for my online appointment, but people who came after me got called first.

“I made an 8:50am appt and was in out by 9:10am. The key is to make an appt in advance. Walk-ins will wait longer. There's a check in kiosk at the front and you need your drivers license and insurance card as it will get scanned front and back as part of the check in process. I was greeted and treated with courtesy and respect. These places could be nerve wracking, but given my experience, I would definitely come back here if needed and would recommend as long as the above steps are followed”
