“Thanks to these guys i got back years of contacts. My samsung s5 broke 2 years back and i thought i lost 900 out of 3400 contacts. Another new Samsung a71 i did not really want only had 2500. I never used that phone never fixed the first and just when i tried to access my 2500 contacts the a 71 was broken too. They gave me no promises yet both my phones seem to be fixed and i can access the contacts. The story is not done yet but i am happy and grateful so far. “Rei helped us on 5/12/2025. He was very nice, ultimately did not resolve all of our issues but we worked it out with ATT on the phone. Transferring to ATT prepaid is annoying. If you are getting a new line it’s no problem but to transfer a line it’s difficult, advertised on the website as being so easy. Plug and play, it is not!! Did this twice before but when we did it for my daughter it was nothing but problems. Rei worked with us and helped us set up an account but it made a new phone number for my kid even though he put her phone number and SIM card number we received in the mail from ATT. He spent 1.5 hours with us and on the phone with the ATT help desk. We were finally able to port the number with customer service at home, but he was not able to do it in store. He cancelled our port request twice and we were able to work out the rest, thank you Rei”
