This bank is awful. If I call the help number I wait on hold for an hour. If I call the branch they say they are too busy to help me! The worst incompetent service. I can’t wait to switch to a different bank.

Went in for a notary, the person who does notary said she didn't want to do it because I wasn't a customer with the bank. Not a single customer in the bank waiting and I even offered to pay for it but the lazy notarizer didn't want to help.

This has the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. You will sit for a minimum of 10 minutes to get through the drive-up teller.
