Jeff is such a talented trainer. My husband has worked with him for years and always speaks so highly of him. After injuring my knee recently, I decided I would pay Jeff a visit and see what he could do to help. Well, I’ve never looked back. With his razor sharp focus on helping me strengthen the knee and the other muscles that support the knee, I already feel so much better. He doesn’t judge, he’s not condescending, he’s a teacher and guide and a really knowledgeable coach. Each session is building on the last and he works with me to create a plan that I can practice at home in between sessions. And he checks in with me during the week with new exercises or to see if I have questions. In a world where exercise and gym visits can be intimidating and unproductive, I cannot recommend this guy enough. Im so grateful to have him there to coach me and to top it off all, he’s fun and funny. - all around great guy.

I 100% agree with Dan McNamara's review, his description of working with Jeff is spot on! I was referred to C2E Movement after I completed a PT program for a sprained ankle and muscle deconditioning. Jeff treated me with the utmost respect and concern for my goals and well-being. He listened carefully to my story and each session incorporated exercises specifically designed to help me improve my mobility. His kindness and encouragement is genuine, and it is rare to find someone who truly loves what they do! I could tell how much Jeff wanted to help me reach my full potential. Working with Jeff Johnson at C2E Movement has been absolutely fantastic. I had tried physical therapy before, but it always felt too general, like they weren’t really tuned into my specific needs. I needed something more personal, tailored to my situation and Jeff delivered exactly that.
From the start, Jeff really listened. He took the time to understand my health challenges, my lifestyle, and even little details, like improving my balance, perfecting my form, and making subtle corrections during exercises. These thoughtful adjustments made a huge difference in how effective my workouts felt. Then he created a custom workout plan just for me. Every week, he introduced new exercises that were easy to manage but still super effective. He even gave me different options for busy days versus when I had more time, which made it so much easier to stay consistent. He would help document it all to because I have the memory of a goldfish.
What really sets Jeff apart, though, is how approachable and kind he is. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also just a great person to work with. On top of that, his location is super convenient, which makes it even better.
If you’re looking for someone who will actually listen to you and help you reach your goals in a way that works for your life, Jeff at C2E Movement is the guy. I can’t recommend him enough!

Jeff is amazing! I am pain free after enduring over 10 years of chronic pain, 2 spinal surgeries, and wasted countless $ on physical therapy. I thought the pain was due to my weight, shoes, job etc. I tried for years on my own. Any exercise (like just walking) left me in more pain for days after. I knew I needed something different. That's when I found Jeff. My first session my hips and lumbar spine were already feeling soooooo much better. Now 8 weeks into it, I am PAIN FREE! I sleep through the night. Which I haven't done in 10 or more years, tossing and turning in pain all night. I am increasing strength and flexibility throughout my body. Which has enabled me to be active again. I cannot say enough about his knowledge and ability. If you are on the fence, not sure this is for you....give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

I can't really say Jeff is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with, but only because I've never worked with a personal trainer before! I had no idea of what to expect, but so many people recommended him to me (including my husband, daughter, son-in-law), I figured he must be doing something right. And he sure is! On days when I'm feeling "normal," ie no special aches and pains, he helps me with flexibility and strength. (Never thought I'd do pushups.) And when I do have a particular problem (usually my neck), he zeroes in and really helps. But the proof of my enthusiasm about his work, about the results, and about the way I feel after a session is...... I keep going!

Thanks Jeff. Golf is my passion. My game was going downhill, my knees were hurting and I had to wear a brace to play. Losing distance and not being able to read putts, I was discouraged. My daughter finally convinced me to go see Jeff. After 4 or 5 sessions with Jeff, his exercises have given me back my passion. I'm playing golf without a brace, can get down again to read putts and outdriving guys my age and even some younger ones! Thank you Jeff for giving me back my passion and enjoyment of playing the game of golf again!!

Jeff is great at individualizing workouts according to what someone wants/needs. He also is great at explaining the reason behind the movements he’s teaching and how they will improve your overall fitness. Even after just a few sessions with him I find myself thinking about what he teaches me in the sports I play and I can feel a major improvement.

I highly recommend C2E Movement to anyone looking for an amazing and completely personalized workout experience. Jeff is a great, knowledgeable trainer that takes the time to get to know each clients goals and help them work towards them. He specializes in strengthening the joints/improving mobility and after my first session with him I feel like I have the knowledge to continue building my joint strength at home and lift weights more confidently and safely I’ve only had one session with Jeff so far but I will definitely be going back for more

I cant say enough good things about C2E: Jeff and Piper. I have been a member for over 4 years. I started going when i was 6 months pregnant. They are kind, caring and accommodating. They are thoughtful coaches. It a great investment into anyones health. You wont find the attention at some box gym, that you get there. Highly recommend to anyone if you are either a seasoned person at working out or starting out.

Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, but even more important is his passion. He really loves what he does, and he is always pushing himself to learn more. He cares deeply about the people he works with. He is ready and able to tailor the workout to an individual. He can easily modify a movement to make it work for your goals and your body. Jeff has been working with me for several years now and it’s changed my whole body and the way I think about movement. He’s given me the confidence to try new exercises and to trust myself. I’m continually getting stronger but in a combination of building muscle and building understanding of form and where my strength comes from.
