“I needed a wheelchair for my daughter so she could attend her team’s softball game. I reached out to Robbie through Facebook, and even though his store was closed, he opened it just to help us. He then personally delivered the wheelchair right to the field. The level of kindness and compassion he showed meant more to our family than words can express. Robbie truly went above and beyond. “Such a great place! The people who work there are great and Wayde is so accommodating! I’m a beginner skier and had a jank pair of skis, and he helped me fix them right up for a reasonable price. I also went in there pretty uneducated as I learned to ski when I was young but knew nothing about the boots/skis themselves, I left the shop with more knowledge than I walked in with! I would recommend this shop to anyone needing skis/boots or even just a tune up.”

“Champs absolutely deserves five stars based on the service alone. The staff here is on another level — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment you walk in. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Overall, Champs is one of the few places where the experience matches the product. Great staff, great energy, and great customer service every time I come in. Definitely a 5-star visit.”
